2. For what purpose do we treat your personal data?
Our company processes the information provided by the interested parties in order to:
a) to execute the pre-contract or contract when acquiring one of our products or services.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
a) if we have a contract and for everything related to it, its execution.

We also inform you that the sending of commercial information (newsletter) is done through Mailchimp, a tool belonging to the American company "The Rocket Science LLD", a company attached to the Privacy Shield agreement and, therefore, compliant with the requirements of data privacy required by European regulations. If you have given us your consent for the use of your image, you should know that your data (image, in this case) will be communicated to the various social networks with which we work. All of them have security protocols in accordance with European regulations.
We have a confidentiality contract with our partners in charge of the treatment, who are committed to ensure the security of your data and to comply with current legislation in this area.
6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing data concerning them.
